Teaching

Teaching Philosophy

I believe a teacher is an enabler of students’ success by being a guide for assimilation of knowledge, practical skills, and ethical considerations. In my opinion, a teacher’s role is to inform students and facilitate their holistic learning so that they can form independent ideas and seek professional and personal growth. As an educator, my key goals are to (i) develop interest and intuitive thinking towards Marketing among students, (ii) equip students with theoretical and mathematical concepts and relevant tools to implement these concepts, (iii) create an environment of empathy and mutual respect which empowers students to speak their minds freely and ask questions without hesitation, and (iv) account for and adapt to different learning needs among students.
